Senior Graphic Designer

Ensure full awareness and compliance with all the brand guidelines relating the various corporate and project brands.

Create and maintain an organised and systematic filing structure to store all marketing creative work and applications, including back ups.

Design corporate and project brochures and other marketing collateral as required.

Support marketing teams with the design and art working of advertisements and other marketing activities.

Responsible for designing, art working and supplying Streamline corporate and projects graphics for events and exhibitions.

Responsible for the overall quality of the end product (brochures, merchandise, collateral)

Research latest design applications and production techniques including paper stock and brochure finishes.

Review competitor collateral to create a benchmark and analyse quality/layouts etc.

Team Leader

Coach and mentor designers and ensure oversee all functions and day to day activities and projects

Oversee all design work across your assigned priorities and those of direct reports

Delegate job responsibilities among junior team members and oversee that quality work is being completed within the deadline

Maintain brand guidelines and adhere to processes
Participate in designing and redesigning computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, advertisements, brochures and many other forms of visual communication

Train and mentor junior designers and entry-level entrants

Complete the project work within the timeline and deal with the client and be the point of contact

Graphic Designer

Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.

Creating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.

Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.

Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

Communicating with clients about layout and design.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
